AOC Productions is delighted to present the classic 1930s’ musical Me and My Girl. The wealthy aristocrat Lord Hareford has passed away and his will reveals the shocking news that he has an illegitimate son and, therefore, heir to Hareford Hall. They discover that he is Bill Snibson, a costermonger from Lambeth. Most of the family want nothing to do with him, but the Duchess of Dene is determined to make a gentleman of the young man but he must part from his sweetheart, Sally. All does not go to the Duchess’s plan and the musical comedy is peppered with classic songs including The Sun Has Got His Hat On and The Lambeth Walk.
